- THIS JUST IN: Hercules are in the
final stages of production on the latest CD by Lullaby Baxter, the follow
up to her Atlantic debut "capable egg". The disc has been described
as "dusty in wonderland".
- Nice review of Hercules' CD "in the alleyway" here on this influential website.
- Reprinted from Audio nerd magazine, an article on the
making of "in the alleyway" by Tristan Fabriani.
- Peter just got a Cat called Peanut. Click here for a fun slideshow.
- It turns out that Cecil B Demille was born in Peter's father's house,
probably.
Hercules' full-length debut CD "in the alleyway" is available
now. LISTEN!
BUY!
- Ben has scored the soundtrack to the short film "employee Dang"
by Corey Fortune. It was screened at slamdance in January.
Hercules are appearing on the new Fan Modine LP "Homeland", in
the form of arrangers/producers on four tracks. The album is out now on
Grimsey
records.
During down time from Hercules activity, Peter and Ben found the energy
to produce (separately) the new albums by King Radio (are you the sick
passenger?) and Bipolaroid (transparent makebelieve), respectively. Check
'em out!
Hercules' song "hurricane" (from "in the alleyway")
has been included on the "all's fair in love and chickfactor"
compilation CD, along with the Magnetic fields, the Clientele, April March,
Stuart Moxham (young marble giants) and Low.
